Cancellation & Modification
At Casevra, we know that sometimes mistakes happen or minds change. We process orders quickly to ensure you get your items as fast as possible, but we will do our best to accommodate any changes or cancellations within our allowed timeframes.
1. Order Modification (Changing Your Order)
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at support@casevra.com
as soon as possible.

Changing Items (Phone Model, Design, or Quantity): Please reach out to us within 2 hours of placing your order. Since our fulfillment process starts quickly, we cannot guarantee item changes after this window.

Changing Shipping Address: If you entered the wrong shipping address, please notify us within 12 hours of your purchase.
How to request a change: Please email us with the subject line: "Order Modification - Order #[Your Order Number]" and clearly state what needs to be changed.
Note: If your order has already been processed or shipped, we are unfortunately unable to modify it. We cannot redirect packages once they are in the hands of the courier.
2. Order Cancellation
If you wish to completely cancel your order, please email us at support@casevra.com within 2 hours of your purchase.
How to request a cancellation: Please use the subject line: "Order Cancellation - Order #[Your Order Number]" to help our support team prioritize your request.
3. Late Requests & Shipped Orders
Once an order has entered the fulfillment stage or has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. If you missed the cancellation window, please wait for the package to arrive and follow our Return & Refund Policy to initiate a return.
4. Refund Process for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is successfully processed within the allowed timeframe:

A full refund will be issued immediately to your original payment method (Credit Card or PayPal).

Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account or PayPal balance, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
