We want you to love your Casevra gear as much as we loved creating it! If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help make it right.

Return Policy Overview

  • 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same "like-new" condition you received them.

  • Final Sale: Please note that personalized/custom cases and items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturer's defect.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email our support team at support@casevra.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

  3. Pack your item securely (original packaging preferred) and ship it back to us.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges & Damaged Items Did your case arrive with a defect? We’ve got you covered! If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please send us a photo of the issue within 48 hours of delivery, and we will ship out a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs For standard returns (change of mind, wrong size ordered), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If we made a mistake or the item is defective, Casevra will cover all shipping fees.
