📦 Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to get my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days for international orders, depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow its journey.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! Casevra ships to most countries across the globe. We currently ship to the United States and selected international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Can I change my shipping address?
If you need to change your address, please contact us at support@casevra.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to redirect it.

How protective are Casevra cases?
Our cases are designed for more than just looks. Each case features shock-absorbing materials and raised bezels around the screen and camera to provide professional-grade protection against everyday drops and scratches.

Will the designs fade or peel?
No. We use advanced high-definition printing technology that bonds the ink to the case material, ensuring your design stays vibrant and scratch-resistant for the long haul.

Are your cases compatible with wireless charging?
Absolutely! Most of our cases are thin enough to support standard Qi wireless charging. For MagSafe-specific compatibility, please check the individual product descriptions.

💳 Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a secure and seamless checkout experience.

Can I cancel my order?
Since we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, cancellations are only guaranteed within 2 hours of purchase. Please email us immediately if you change your mind.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day happiness guarantee. If you aren't satisfied with your case, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

What if my case arrives damaged?
We’re so sorry! If your product is defective or damaged during transit, please email a photo of the damage to support@casevra.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement immediately at no extra cost.
